Maxxa LLC only accepts returns/exchanges in the event that the product ordered did not arrive sealed as per Maxxa LLC's packaging standards. In the event that the product is received and is not sealed as per Maxxa LLC's packaging standards the customer is entitled to a full refund/exchange plus any shipping expenses he/she may incur as part of the return/exchange process.

For apparel items, Maxxa LLC only accepts returns/exchanges in the event that the item received was not the same as the item ordered or the item ordered arrived in damaged condition. Maxxa LLC will accept size exchanges, however all shipping expenses must be paid for by the customer in the event of a size exchange. All exchanges must be made within thirty (30) days.

Maxxa LLC strives to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. All orders that are received via internet, telephone, or any other means are processed and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days. Orders are not shipped on statutory holidays or weekends. Orders are shipped through CanadaPost, CanPar, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS. The service most often used is expedited parcel through CanadaPost for Canadian orders or FedEx ground service for U.S orders or the equivalent service with other shipping companies. Notwithstanding unforeseen circumstances that are out of Maxxa LLC control, all packages are expected to arrive in one (1) to twenty-five (25) business days. Maxxa LLC is not responsible for any transit delays that are out of Maxxa LLC control. In the event that a customer does not pick up a package after being left a delivery notice by the shipping company and receiving email notice from Maxxa LLC, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping expenses involved in re-sending the item(s). Orders over $50 after discounts and before taxes are eligible for Maxxa LLC's free shipping offer.
